We sell watches, smartphones and tech accessories, including straps, cases, chargers, adapters and repair tools. Items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses to you. Each product page shows the condition, specifications and a delivery estimate.
As a French seller, every purchase is covered by the French legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés). If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right — repair, replacement or refund as applicable. Full details are in our Terms of Sale (CGV).
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason (droit de rétractation). Return the item in its original condition with all packaging and accessories; once we receive it, we refund within 14 days. Return shipping is at your charge. Just contact us to start the return.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal (card included) and by bank transfer (SEPA, via Wise). We never see or store your card details, and PayPal card payments include buyer protection.
Orders are confirmed within 1–2 business days. Because items ship from our suppliers' warehouses (often overseas), tracked delivery typically takes around 7–30 working days, depending on the item, its origin and your destination (longer for remote regions). The exact estimate for each item is shown on its product page.
Prices can be shown in many currencies for convenience, but every order is charged in euros (EUR). At checkout we accept card and PayPal, and bank transfer (SEPA). You can also top up store credit (including via crypto) and pay with your balance.
