To process orders and payments, fulfill deliveries, handle returns and guarantees, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

Data Sharing

We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Bunny CDN (image hosting), and law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

Essential: Authentication session, language preferences. Required for the site to function.

Fraud Prevention: FingerprintJS visitor ID to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.

Analytics: Anonymous usage data to improve the platform. No personal data is tracked.

Third-party: Stripe may set cookies for payment processing. See Stripe Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Your Rights (GDPR)

EU residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and port their data. Contact [email protected] for requests.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 5 years per French commercial law. You can delete your account at any time.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
