To process orders and payments, fulfill deliveries, handle returns and guarantees, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

Data Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: PayPal and Wise (payment processing), Cloudinary (image hosting), Brevo (transactional email), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

Essential: Authentication session, language preferences. Required for the site to function.

Fraud Prevention: order and device checks to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.

Analytics: Google Analytics helps us understand site usage and improve the platform.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Transaction and invoicing records are kept as required by French law (up to 10 years for accounting records). You can delete your account at any time.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Card payments are handled directly by PayPal; we never receive your full card details.
