Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the SecuresVault Partner programme, which lets you list your own products for sale in the SecuresVault store. By creating a Partner account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance & account separation

A Partner account is separate from a Shop (customer) account. Your shop login does not work on the Partner side, and your Partner login does not work on the Shop side. Creating or using a Partner account means you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide true, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

4. Pricing & your payment

You set the asking price for each item you list (for example, €15 or €75). This asking price is the amount you will be paid for that item. SecuresVault sets the final retail price shown to customers at its sole discretion, and this price may be higher than your asking price. You agree that the difference between the retail price and your asking price belongs entirely to SecuresVault and that you have no claim to it. Your asking price is payable only after the customer has received the item.

5. Payment on delivery

Your earnings for an item are credited to your Partner balance only once the customer has received that item, confirmed through valid delivery tracking (see section 8). Until delivery is confirmed, no amount is owed or payable. Credited balances are paid out to the payout method on your account.

6. Payout details

You choose how you are paid — bank transfer (IBAN / BIC), PayPal, or another method you describe (for example Wise, Revolut, or a crypto wallet) — and you provide accurate payout details. We pay only to the method and details held on your account. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of those details, and SecuresVault is not liable for funds sent to details you supplied.

7. Contact information

You must provide and keep current complete and accurate contact details: full legal name, email, phone number and full postal address (street, city, postal code, country). Accounts with false, missing or out-of-date information may be suspended, and any pending payout may be withheld until the information is corrected.

8. Shipping & mandatory tracking

After a sale, you must:

Tracking is mandatory. An item shipped without verifiable tracking cannot be confirmed as delivered and is not eligible for payment. Late, untracked, lost or undeliverable shipments may be cancelled with no payout.

9. Prohibited items

You may not list or ship: counterfeit, replica or IP-infringing goods; stolen goods; illegal, restricted or recalled products; weapons, ammunition or their parts; hazardous or dangerous materials; or any item whose sale or shipment is unlawful at the origin or destination. Prohibited listings are removed and may lead to suspension.

10. Returns, refunds & chargebacks

If a return, refund or chargeback arises from your item — for example, the item is not as described, defective, not authentic, not shipped, or shipped late — the related payout is withheld or reversed, and any amount already credited or paid for that order may be recovered from your balance.

11. Fees & subscription

The Partner subscription is €7.99 per month and is currently free. SecuresVault may introduce or change subscription fees or other charges in the future, with reasonable notice.

12. Taxes

You are solely responsible for your own taxes, declarations and obligations relating to the income you receive as a Partner. SecuresVault does not provide tax advice.

13. Liability & indemnity

Your items are provided by you "as is". You are responsible for your items and your conduct as a Partner, and you agree to indemnify and hold SecuresVault harmless against any claims, losses or costs arising from them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuresVault's liability to you is limited to the amounts credited to your Partner balance.

14. Suspension & termination

SecuresVault may suspend or terminate a Partner account for breach of these Terms or for conduct that harms customers, the store or other partners. In particular, fake, counterfeit or inaccurate listings, or mishandled shipping — including items shipped without verifiable tracking, to the wrong address, late, or never sent — may lead to suspension or a permanent ban, and any affected order is not eligible for payment. You may close your account at any time. Obligations relating to pending orders, returns and chargebacks survive termination.

15. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and date shown at the top identify the current edition. Continued use of the Partner programme after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. The operator is SecuresVault, SIRET 92792462100018, France.
